Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, source code, and front-end/back-end components produced by WebsiteBah! Studio are original custom-coded website works. Copyright, design rights, and intellectual property remain with WebsiteBah! Studio until full project payment is completed as agreed in the invoice.
The Design Lock Clause
Project scope is locked immediately once the client confirms the Design Agreement. After the Design Agreement is finalized, any structural additions, page-flow changes, or new feature requests are treated as additional work outside the original scope.
Expansion Fees
Each additional page requested after the scope lock is charged at RM400 per page, excluding custom features or third-party integrations.
Hosting & Maintenance
Websites are hosted in WebsiteBah! Studio's Private Cloud VPS environment. Maintenance includes routine security patching, Docker container health monitoring, stability updates, and a 99.9% uptime target based on operational best practices.
Marketing Strategy
The Strategic Marketing Roadmap is provided as a consultancy service to support business growth (positioning, messaging, funnel recommendations, and organic roadmap). This service is separate from paid ad spend such as Meta Ads or Google Ads.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Malaysia.
